Privacy policy

Giftoy ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it when you shop with us.

What we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, email, phone (if provided), shipping address, and order details. Payment is processed securely by Shopify — we do not store your full card details on our systems.

How we use it

To process and deliver your order, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and — only if you opt in — send you occasional updates. We don't sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the shop — for example our payments provider (Shopify) and shipping carriers — and only as needed to fulfill your order or as required by law.

Cookies

Our site uses essential cookies to keep your cart and session working. We keep optional, non-essential tracking to a minimum.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@giftoy.co.
