Returns & refunds

Our policy

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Email hello@giftoy.cowith your order reference and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll send you instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us right away — we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, including any shipping involved.

Exclusions

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be returnable once opened. We'll always flag this before purchase where it applies.
